It all began a long time ago. Well, not that long ago. About fifteen years ago. Oh well. That's a long time. Well, it didn't begin then, to be honest. But that's when I realized I was different. Different from my friends, family, everyone else.
I was ten that year, and the local theatre was playing a new horror movie. Doctor Blood's Revenge. It was supposed to be really good. So I, with a group of friends, got my mother to take us. It... was the greatest movie ever made. It was so gruesome and bloody, and just plain awesome. Oh God, I loved it. I still get a thrill when I think about it, even now.
Anyways. I learned that day that I was different than the others. When the torture chamber was shown, I was the only one who wasn't violently ill. I couldn't help but stare.
